Users can edit or delete personal information from their account pursuant to the configuration and settings provided by Mamaroneck Fitness Club. Requests for deletion of information that users cannot or do not remove themselves must be performed by Mamaroneck Fitness Club. Where retention is required by law or is otherwise necessary as described in Section 4.2, Mamaroneck Fitness Club may retain such information and is under no obligation to delete it; in its sole discretion, it may also delete information as required by law or policy.
